I don't have any idea whether you're asking why I put Ayraways as a title in this blog or maybe unnecessary to know ?. Whether you want to know or not, I have just want to tell you that's my daughter name and I really adore her and want to create her to become powerful woman in any world. Starting from education/knowledge then make her can do whatever She wants.
She's my beautiful princess and always make me proud. Her ages is 5 years old now and in this age She can speak English, Mandarin little bit and the most ability of her that make me very proud, She kan read an Al'Quran. What a wonderful daughter.
She's very active and one of her activity is ballet dance. She takes a ballet class in one of famous ballet course in Kuningan area. The last activity She joined was 'performance test' .. this's like an activity which handled by the course to show what their student learns so far. For sure, the audiences are parents who put their kid in that course.
Further, She studies in a school that has english as a daily language. All of the teacher come from abroad with the international curriculum implemented.
Anyway, that's make us as a parent very thankful to the God who bless us with 'Rizky' so we can put my daughter in such school. I think, I will more explore about this precicous background later and the important point is that's the reason why I put the title with that names.

Obsession of Life
Obsession
Talking about 'obsession' is still related with main title. Meaning my obsession is to make our daughter future well prepared, brightness, happiness and colorful.
One of its, is trying to find more money by creating a company that dealing in Forwarding, Logistics and IT (Information and Technology). Again, why ?? in Forwarding, Logistics and IT (Information and Technology) scope.
There's a wise word says, a thing can be run successfully if the man behind it - really knows (full of knowledge and understanding) about what He's dealing with.
So in this case, I really sure that I have a capabilities in those world. Let's see one by one, about my step in the work world ..
My education backgrounds are in technic and Business/Economy .. My first work was in 'Surveyor and Consultant Company' for government project. Be an surveyor at that time and data supporter for Bekasi City project (City and Urban Planning). Worked start at 7 am until 9 am or even backed to morning time. Exhousted but happy to do that.
Moved to other 2nd work world - at that time - I joined with Malaysian company and had a chance until the position of Business Center Manager. At that time was really prestigious position with 'not bad' income. The company invest in 3 kinds of business - Security/Brokerage (stock), Business Centre and Fund Management. Interesting but again got nothing in term of income. As you aware that this's not my target but still I had to pass this experience. I'm not dissapointed - contrary, very happy because I gain a new knowledges.
The next work place which is my starting 'real-life', work with 'forwarding' company which has world spanned ..
My profesional job in one of the largest shipping company in Indonesia, they put me in one of their subsidiary company that dealing with 'freight forwarding' business. At that time I don't have any knowledge about it because my education backgrounds are in technic and business/management/economic - I didn't want just work at that time, I'd tried to look for many information about forwarding business. I had good teacher at that time, Mr. Krisnobroto and Mrs. Lina. They're very helpful and really gave many information about forwarding world.
Back to started position, the company put me as a Marketing Staff. I did sell in inside and outside as well. For first 2 months, it's really make me nervouse, everything was new - but I kept going. Distribute offering letter to the customers, ups I mean company that has Import and Export activity - from small into big ..
For the first 2 months, it's really tired .. no responsed even 1 single 'shipping instruction' or even gave me a phone call. Kept trying and prayed.
Allah loves me in the next month of 3, many phoned call to the company and my cell phone that asked company services and price. It happened for almost 1 month .. tired but happy. For me it's a very good start and really important for a people who doesn't have any knowledge about forwarding.
What next, It's really amazing - in the end of 3 months starting - I'd received 1st shipping instruction and it's continuing by 2nd, 3rd and .... Thanks a lot Allah, I couldn't say anything unless crying of happiness.
It happened continuesly and put me as one of the best marketing at that time. Because of this performance, The company upgraded me into 'traffic assistant' .. the function's manage all nominated cargo and also my 'free hand'.
I couldn't hide my happiness because in the month of 6, the company put me as a 'permanent employee' which's in such big company - it's very difficult and take long time to be a permanent employee. Why I'm pretty sure about that because of one of my friend had not get that permanent status with his 5 years working time. Can't you imagine that ???. Another thing, the company upgrade my grade as well. Wooh, it's really blessed from Allah.
Thanks Allah, you're very very very kind to me.
The next position that I reached was as an assistant of Operation Manager in that one of marketing division.
The division was growth and it's because of the division one of the deal by the company with the biggest agent in 'Middle East' so the dealt put the division to be a new entity or company.
New world with the new challange and live than ....
